GD commissioned choreographer Marie-Louise Flexen, composers Steve Skinley and Rick Moreton and costume designer Corinne Hockley to work with 12 community performers. The cast, aged 13 to 50+, included ex-professionals, dance graduates and some top talent from GD’s and DSG’s youth companies.
The piece was performed, alongside a range of spectacular cross-arts shows and ‘happenings’, at two free summer festivals at Tewkesbury and Lydney in June 2009.
